Michael Nagler, PhD | Chief Executive Officer

As former CEO of Spectrum Dynamics (2003-2008), President & CEO of Aprion Digital (1999-2003) and VP of Scitex Corporation (1995-1999), Miki Nagler brings with him significant experience in building and improving companies and in making the transition from the development phase to the commercialization phase, in the medical field and high tech arena.
Miki holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Arizona and is a graduate of the MIT Sloan School of Management Senior Executive Course.

David Barton, MBA | President Deep Breeze USA, and Global Vice President Marketing and Business Development

With over 25 years experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries, David Barton was the former Global Director of Strategic Alliances and Business Development for the Life Support Solutions division at GE Healthcare during the years 2001 – 2006. In this capacity, David led Business Development activities as a member of the executive core team. In addition, David was the leading negotiator for Life Support Systems for all license, merger and acquisition deals, and developed strategic alliances with a number of partners including Baxter Healthcare, Abbott Hospital Products Division, Deep Breeze, B. Braun, and Schiller America.
Prior to joining GE Healthcare, David held executive positions as VP Marketing and VP Sales with Baxter, Solvay Pharmaceuticals, Akorn Ophthalmics, and Bristol Meyers Squibb. David graduated from the Indiana University and holds a MBA in Marketing and a Masters in Public Affairs in Management.

Anat Eshed-Glazer, CPA, MBA | Chief Financial Officer

Anat Eshed Glazer joined Deep Breeze in 2010 and brought with her more than 10 years extensive experience as a CFO for various international and publicly-held companies, including Biosense Webster, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson in Israel. Anat holds a MBA in Business Administration and a BA in Business Administration and Accounting.

Haim Melman, MSc | Vice President Research & Development

Haim Melman served as VP of R&D at Spectrum Dynamics for four years prior to joining Deep Breeze. Before that, Haim was the Director of R&D for the Input Division at Scitex corporation for 15 years, and VP of R&D at Orex Computed Radiology Ltd. Haim is the developer of digital angiography systems at Elscint, Ltd. In addition, Haim co-founded InfoBit Ltd. and managed JetPic Inc. — two start-up companies specializing in software solutions for marketing & general management. He is the author or co-author of 30 patents and patent applications. He holds a M.Sc. degree (cum laude) in Applied Physics from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel and is a graduate of the Lahav Senior Management Course at the Recanati School of Management, Tel Aviv University.

Merav Gat, MSc | Vice President Clinical & Regulatory Affairs

Merav Gat has served as the VP of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs and, formerly, the Director of Clinical Affairs at Deep Breeze Ltd. since 2004. Prior to this, she managed the Clinical Department at a global, leading company in medical and aesthetic lasers and light-based technology. She has 12 years of extensive experience in clinical and regulatory affairs. Her expertise includes strategic leadership in clinical research planning and implementation to meet R&D, regulatory (510(k) and PMA for a Class III invasive device) and worldwide marketing goals. Merav has played a key role in building scientific relationships with physicians in order to develop medical strategies and market opportunities. Merav holds a M.Sc. degree in Applied Mathematics in conjunction with Biomedical Engineering from the
Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Yoni Epstein, Adv, MBA | Vice President of Products

Yoni Epstein is responsible for Deep Breeze's Intensive care Unit business line. He brings over 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, market development and product management in various medical device areas. Prior to joining Deep Breeze, he served as Marketing Director at Radiancy Ltd, a global leading company in the field of medical aesthetics devices, and as Asia-Pacific Sales Manager at Medcon Ltd. (now a Mckesson company; NYSE: MCK). Yoni holds a BA in Business Administration and a LLB in law from the Interdisciplinary Center and a MBA (magna cum laude) from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
