Interpertation - Image by the VRIxp™ Device:

  Slight dynamic disturbance (asynchronism in the movement of 
    vibration energy)
  Lagging in the progression of the right lung (on frames
    3-6 L>R and there is a sudden (frame  7) downward movement of 
    the right lung)
  There are crackles in the bases of the lungs (blue dots)
  Uneven distribution of vibration energy on different lung fields 
   denoting probably uneven ventilation

Explanation: the lagging can correlate to decrease compliance in the lungs, the crackles are the result of interstitial infiltrate that are evident on Chest X-ray.
