Patient Data

Ten yearsago the patient underwent stent placement in the left main bronchus, 4 days prior to a stent placement to the right main bronchus,the patient underwent a non-invasive 12 second procedure by the VRI_^XP™ device. The patient was also scheduledto have a follow up fibroscopy CT.

The image by the VRIxp™ device shows: Dynamic disturbance in the right lung more sothan in the left lung Abnormally shaped right lung demonstrating a disturbance in the vibration energy pattern Amputation of the left upper lung
Explanation:the image by the VRIxp™ deviceraises a suspicion that there is a defect in ventilation in the left upper area and avibration energy pattern that could be indicative of adventitious lung sounds thatwerecreated by the right lung.The fibroscopy image demonstrates secretionsfilling the right lung airways and an obstruction in the airway leading to the left upper lobe.
