On Admission:

Image by the VRIxp™ Device - Right Lung:
  Diminished vibration intensity
  Massive amputation

Explanation: this patient had a combination of an endoluminal obstruction and right pleural effusion. The image by the VRIxp™ device reflects a reduction of vibration energy that can result from any of the above.

5 Days Post-Interventional Procedure - Right Pleural Effusion, Pre-Drainage:

Image by the VRIxp™ Device - Right Lung:
QLD- minor regional improvement of 28%
Meniscus-shaped area of residual vibration response
Gradual appearance of more vibration towards the upper part

Explanation:
Post-opening of the  obstruction  there is still no dramatic improvement on the image by the VRIxp™ device, and it still shows  the  residual vibration of the area due to chronicle suffocation by the  pressure of the fluid.
6 Days Post-Interventional Procedure - Right Pleural Effusion, Post-Drainage:

Image by the VRIxp™ device Post-Drainage:
Higher intensity and larger area of vibration energy in the right lung
Still diminished when comparing it to the left lung
Explanation:
there is a dramatic improvement in the right lung but this lung is still problematic.
