As the ex-CEO for four years of Spectrum Dynamics, a medical imaging company, the President & CEO of Aprion Digital between 1999-2003 and as a past Vice President of Scitex Corporation, Miki brings with him significant experience in building and bettering companies and in making the transition from the development phase to the commercialization phase, in the medical field and elsewhere.
Miki is a graduate of the MIT Sloan School of Management Senior Executive Course and has a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Arizona.

David Barton|
President, Deep Breeze, USA and Global VP Marketing and Business Development |
With over 25 years experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries, Mr. Barton was the former Global Director of Strategic Alliances and Business Development for the Life Support Solutions division at GE Healthcare during the years 2001 – 2006. In this capacity, David led Business Development activities as a member of the executive core team. In addition, David was the leading negotiator for Life Support Systems for all license, merger and acquisition deals, and developed strategic alliances with a number of partners including Baxter Healthcare, Abbott Hospital Products Division, Deep Breeze, B. Braun, and Schiller America.
Prior to joining GE Healthcare, David held executive positions as VP Marketing and VP Sales with Baxter, Solvay Pharmaceuticals, Akorn Ophtalmics, and Bristol Meyers Squibb. Mr. Barton graduated from the Indiana University and holds an MBA in Marketing and a Masters in Public Affairs in Management.

Haim Melman|

Haim Melman has served as VP of R&D for the past four years at Spectrum. Prior to that Haim was the Director of R&D for the Input Division at Scitex corporation for fifteen years, and VP of R&D at Orex Computed Radiology Ltd. Haim is the developer of digital angiography systems at Elscint, Ltd.. In addition Mr. Melman co-founded InfoBit Ltd. and managed JetPic Inc. two start-up companies that specialized in software solutions for marketing & general management. He is the author or co-author of 30 patents and patent applications. He holds a M.Sc. degree (cum laude) in Applied Physics from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel and is a graduate of the Lahav Senior Management Course at the Recanati School of Management, Tel Aviv University.

Hagai Ben-Asher|

Mr. Ben-Asher has extensive experience in managing international sales, business development, marketing and product assimilation of medical devices for hospital ORs, ICUs and PFT labs. For the past 10 years, Hagai held managerial positions of sales and marketing in international companies, such as MTRE & KarmelSonix, where he focused his efforts on promoting medical devices for the fields of Patient Thermoregulation Management and pulmonology. Hagai holds a MBA from the New York Institute of Technology and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Brooklyn Polytechnic University.

Mrs. Merav Gat|

Mrs. Gat has served as the Director of Clinical Affairs at Deep Breeze Ltd. since 2004. Prior to this, she worked for a global leading company in medical and aesthetic lasers and light-based technology. She has 12 years of extensive experience in clinical and regulatory affairs. Her expertise includes strategic leadership in clinical research planning and implementation to meet R&D, regulatory (510(k) and PMA for a Class III invasive device) and worldwide marketing goals. Mrs. Gat has played a key role in building scientific relationships with physicians in order to develop medical strategies and market opportunities. Mrs. Gat holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics in conjunction with Biomedical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Yoni Epstein, Adv. |

Mr. Epstein is responsible for Deep Breeze's Emergency Medicine business line. He brings over 9 years of experience in sales, marketing, market development and product management in various medical device areas. Prior to joining Deep Breeze, he served as Marketing Director at Radiancy Ltd, a global leading company in the field of medical aesthetics devises and as Asia-Pacific Sales Manager at Medcon Ltd. (now a Mckesson company; NYSE: MCK). Mr. Epstein holds a BA in Business Administration and LLB in law from the Interdisciplinary Center and MBA (magna cum laude) from the Hebrew University.

Mr. Sidi has served as Deep Breeze Director of finance since 2003. Prior to this, he worked for PWC CPA Israel, where he supervised and reviewed audit engagements for public and privately held companies. Mr. Sidi holds a M.B.A in business management and financing and B.A in business management and accounting.
