Abraham Ludomirski, MD | Chairman of the Board and Director

Dr. Ludomirski, managing partner of Vitalife Life Sciences Fund, is an internationally acknowledged expert in several medical areas and an experienced Venture Capitalist. Throughout his career, Dr. Ludomirski has consulted for the top life sciences companies, including GE Medical, ATL (Philips), Matria, QED and Medson. Dr. Ludomirski also serves as Chairman of SightLine, and is an active board member of MediGuide, Israeli medical technology companies. He also serves on the Boards of Directors of CanFite BioPharma, Trig Medical, Medson, Transpharma and Florence Medical.

Wayne Weisman, JD | Director

Dr. Weisman has been a partner of SCP since its inception and has been involved with private equity and venture capital investing since 1987. He joined Churchill Investment Partners, Inc. as a managing director in 1990 and became Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors of CIP Capital L.P. at the time of its founding. Wayne is a director or chairman of several companies, including CinemaStar, Inc., Gigared S.A., Anystream, Inc. and Trig Medical, Inc. He also serves on the investment committee of Vitalife Life Sciences Fund. From 1992 to 1994, Wayne served as Executive Vice President of Affinity Biotech, Inc. where he was responsible for strategic alliances, financial strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. He also oversaw its IPO and merger into the company that subsequently became IBAH, Inc. From 1987 to 1990, Wayne operated a management and financial advisory firm. Wayne began his career at the Philadelphia law firm of Saul, Ewing, Remick & Saul. Wayne received his B.A. cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.

Yoav Z. Chelouche, M.B.A. | Director

Mr. Yoav Chelouche has been a managing partner within Aviv Venture Capital from its conception and brings with him 20 years of experience in management, initiation and investments in the global high-tech arena.
He served as President & CEO of Scitex corp. (NASDAQ: SCIX) a world leader in digital imaging and printing systems ($700M revenues, 4,000 employees). Prior to that, over a period of 15 years Mr. Chelouche held several management positions in Scitex including VP Strategy and Business Development, VP Marketing, VP Finance – Europe. Mr. Chelouche holds MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France 1979 (Winner of Henry Ford Prize for first in class) and BA in Economics and Statistics from Tel Aviv University, Israel. In the past Mr. Chelouche was an investor at the founding stages of several technology start-ups: Mercury (NASDAQ: MERQ), Radvision (NASDAQ: RVSN), Wizcom Technologies (GER: WZM), Rosetta Genomics(NASDAQ: RVSN).
Mr. Chelouche is a chairman of "Ta'asiyeda", a not-for-profit organization affiliated with the Manufactures Association of Israel.
This organization promotes leadership and team skill in school children while providing them with feeling for industry and technology.
In January 2010 Mr. Chelouche was nominated by INSEAD as one of "50 alumni who changed the world".

Jeff Dykan | Director

Mr. Dykan has years of experience working in senior management positions with top global companies, such as Applied Materials, VocalTec, BitBand, Opal and Andersen Consulting. He is experienced with VC's, IPO's and M&A, having spent most of his career in finance, business development and general management of global companies during challenging business cycles. Mr. Dykan offers portfolio companies the benefit of his expert analysis of the company and the market potential, as well as his hands-on experience and global network of connections in the financial community. Mr. Dykan serves on the Boards of Directors of Trig Medical and Deep Breeze Ltd.

Michael Nagler, PhD | Director

As former CEO of Spectrum Dynamics (2003-2008), President & CEO of Aprion Digital (1999-2003) and VP of Scitex Corporation (1999-1995), Dr Nagler brings with him significant experience in building and improving companies and in making the transition from the development phase to the commercialization phase, in the medical field and high tech arena.
Dr. Nagler holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Arizona and is a graduate of the MIT Sloan School of Management Senior Executive Course.

Itzhak Nitzan, B.Sc. | Director

Mr. Nitzan is a co-founder of Nisko Ardan Group. He is a major shareholder, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Nisko-Ardan and, since 1992, Chairman of the Board oF Nisko Industries Ltd., a public company traded on the Tel Aviv stock exchange. Mr. Nitzan has vast experience in the launching and establishment of prosperous companies, many of which are among the members of Nisko Ardan Group. Mr. Nitzan holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Dan Weintraub, MBA | Director

Mr. Weintraub is General Manager of Union Investments and Enterprise LTD (“A.S.Y.”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Union Bank of Israel. Mr. Weintraub has extensive experience in all aspects of investment activity, including investment banking, privatization of state-owned companies, equity investments and capital raising for high-tech companies. Prior to joining A.S.Y., Mr. Weintraub served as VP-Finance and Administration for TeamWorks Technology, as Vice President of Ilanot-Batucha Capital Markets, and as a privatization coordinator with the Government Companies Authority. His experience includes board membership in various Israeli companies, including Oil Refineries LTD, Housing and Development, Water Planning for Israel, Yozma Venture Capital, Catalyst Fund, Columbus Application Provider, Amidar and others. Mr. Weintraub holds a MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
